The Most Holy Theotokos Tumanska icon originates from a monastery near Kursk in Russia, and after the Bolshevik terror, Russian monks brought it to Serbia, first to the Miljkovo Monastery, and then, in 1936, it was transferred to the Tumane Monastery. It belongs to the type of the Vladimir icon of the Mother of God and is now in the Tumane Monastery, where the faithful find healing and comfort from many hardships before Her icon.
